Rev1 Nuclear Group was developed to better serve our nuclear clients in both the US and overseas markets. We recognized the need to take a dedicated approach to our customers’ nuclear projects and the type of specialized talent they often require. We considered the tremendous scopes of work these projects entail, as well as, the imperative nature of sourcing the right personnel for jobs that demand nothing short of perfection and complete reliability.
Many of our executives and field managers come from the “nuclear community” of the late 1970’s and early 1980’s as the last of the new construction projects ended, therefore we are uniquely positioned to combine the resources and networking of our old peers and colleagues with those personnel who have more recently joined the nuclear workforce. Combined with our comprehensive candidate screening process, the result is an extremely balanced system consisting of the experienced veterans with twenty or thirty years of experience and younger, fresh faces to the community, eager and ambitious to establish a solid career path in nuclear work. Our approach to the nuclear industry is the same as our approach in the conventional power market – to provide highest quality service personnel available, while maintaining a tight focus on what we consider the Rev1 Nuclear “Core Components”.
